Most food doesn't interest me anymore? Nothing appeals to me anymore? It's like I don't enjoy any food. I force myself to eat sometimes. Like most food doesn't taste good to me anymore. Healthy or junk food. It's been like that for the past month, and it's getting worse. What should I do

I can only list maybe 5 foods that I kind of like and even then I'm not that hungry
