First I craved the donut I had at Tim Hortons while waiting for my first health test on Tuesday. Then I craved a cheese burger from McDonalds a day or two later after that.
I think it's because the donut had a dairy jelly inside it and my body wanted the calcium I usually get in my cheese.
Also the fat and cheese in my McDonald's hamburger might be why I had a desire to eat a McDonalds cheese burger afterwards.
Since there is no cheese in the house, I have replaced my regular cheese with macadamia nuts.
