Is the roof of your mouth symmetrical?

If you are to imaginarily cut the roof of your mouth, are both sides symmertrical? Do you have any bony bumps or grooves on one side that you dont have on the other?

Asymmetrical. I have only one crater-like thing on the right side and several ridges on the other.
