Ok I'm going out on a limb and I'm going to say you play for "another team" because those short are hot and short and if you like them then fuck it. As far as the legs go they are really great legs. Wanna trade? Lol nothing on your body ever deserves to begin with "too" because no one is the exact same. you look amaze and your legs are really fucking nice... I would chance the shoes though.

To be brutally honest, with your legs, combined with the apparent lack of leg hair, plus the shorts, if you cropped the photo to a waist-down pic, I would've thought you were a female.

But you're skinny anyway so you're proportionate.

Your legs are exceptionally nice and perfectly shaped for your body. I do not consider your shorts to be too short. With your legs, your shorts are the perfect length, and they really show those legs off. Your running shoes actually enhance the lower portion of your legs. If you have it, flaunt it!

No offense dude but I though I was looking at a picture of a girl at first. I'm like you don't have almost any hair on my legs but very muscular so it doesn't appear feminine.
