i think they're just called v lines, people don't really name the space in between muscles. the muscle right next to it is the inguinal ligament, but it comes from just having abs and a large pelvic arch with little fat in between. i have them, but they dont show unless you sag your pants, like, right up next to your dick. which is why you like them.
