Well, this video is BS. Why?

They're using a standard photography camera.
The sensor on those cameras are programmed to be insensitive to UV light to create an image which looks more like the human eye, so, actually it's just the video converted to monochrome.
Also, a lot of objects can reflect UV light quite well, which, there is no reflected UV in the video.
