I feel a little bad because I'm trying to lose a little weight.. I didn't really eat much the day before and I don't plan on eating much today since I'm way over my calories. does binging this one time gonna make me gain a lot of weight?

im gonna be home all day so I'm gonna do the long run on my wii fit every hour to amp up my metabolic rate a little. thanks for your answers guys:)
