You dot need to be sarcastic. I know I can't have her exact body, but if you know how to get lean legs, flat stomach, thin arms, etc then I would like some tips. I just used her body as an example because it has all the things I would like my body I have
All you can do is eat well and keep active. If you are active enough and eat calories according to your exercise you'll be at your leanest and healthiest. Tbh, for her exact body though, you may need to starve and take some hard drugs lol, she's very skinny.
