Which diet is advised? should i go vegetarian to lose weight fast?

You can tell by the lines on her stomach that she works out - somebody who is naturally and metabolically slim without effort does not have the lines that she does. I also read having a flat belly isn't necessarily based on belly muscles but having a low percentage of body fat.

Workout&diet, dont eat sugar at all, do cardio everyday and little bit of muscle traning and there you go, literally easiest thing ever.
Hire a personal trainer and dietician. She likely has both on her staff
