You can tell by the lines on her stomach that she works out - somebody who is naturally and metabolically slim without effort does not have the lines that she does. I also read having a flat belly isn't necessarily based on belly muscles but having a low percentage of body fat.
A lot of these famous people have trainers that ensure their exercises keep them lean without putting muscle on etc. You’d need to speak to a professional about it really if it’s not happening naturally about how it would best work for you as everyone is individually different.

Workout&diet, dont eat sugar at all, do cardio everyday and little bit of muscle traning and there you go, literally easiest thing ever.
