How do I get a body like francisco lachowski?

I know its not a good one but currently i am slightly skinny fat and from what i hear, first step should be to get to that body, so how do i get there in 3-4 months so i can start bulking up from that point

Wow I had never heard of this guy until now but he's pretty ripped, I would suggest to bulk up for longer, like 8-10 months, lift daily and workout all muscle groups. Clean bulk.. clean bulk.. May I recommend you visit GNC and ask for the clean bulking protein powders. Next, you want to get a trainer. I know this costs a little but is worth it. Tell your triainer how you want to be and he/she will set up a plan to get your goals accomplished. After that, it is all work. I gained 45 lbs of mostly muscle mass in 3 months;so can you.
