I used to have pain during my period but now that no longer happens. During my cycle I usually have insomnia and thirst for a couple of days along with exhaustion and in inability to get high quality sleep. This lasts for 2-6 days depending on my period. That is all. A couple of years ago I would have pain during my cycle but not anymore.
