My Coach ignoring me?

well i have been injured so i can't run. but yesterday i went to Starbucks with my friend after school (2:15) because i can walk just not run. We came back at 2:45 and practice starts at 3:00, but i ran across a street and my hip started hurt BAD again. so the athletic nurse told me not to go if i can't walk. so i didn't practice. but today a girl on my team said someone told coach i was at Starbucks and now he's isn't really making a convo or smiling at me. Plus, no one is telling me who snitched. So is he mad?

Are you still on the team? yes. Does he know you're hurt? yes. Is he punishing or being hard on you? No.
I wouldn't worry too much about it.

ask your coach. try to talk to him first. from there, you'll know if he really is mad or disappointed.
