Well... Yes, and no.

Why does the perfect body need something fake in it?

She has fake boobs.
If she would have staid natural, I would be inclined to say this is ideally nice over all..

people who go to the gym and eat right, without the need of any surgeries are far more ideally respectable and more ideally admirable as role models.

Perfect female body is impossible. To many people with different opinions. So to some people her body might look ugly and to others she might come off as extremely hot.

Her ass creeps me out. I don't know why but huge butts one women creep me out.

Of course she will cause heads to toll if that's what you want. But no, that is not ideal AT ALL.. The thin waist and the big everything else is disproportionate. Not sure about the height though. If she is she is anything between 5'1" to 5'5", the height part can be called "ideal".

I'm not sure when or how this happened but somewhere along the lines women misconstrued the entire idea of keeping fit. They went from keeping their feminine, curvy, delicate and soft figure and turned to so called "gym rats" with six packs, rugged edges and a muscular build bigger than most other men. This is not what women are supposed to look like. Women were supposed to be known for their feminine physiques and not trying to resemble Arnold Schwarzenegger.

She seems like she spends 5-6 days a week in the gym which is kind of unrealistic. Yes fitness is important but for a lot of people it's difficult to do. She's gorgeous because she looks comfortable in her own skin and for that I envy her.

No, I don't believe there is an "ideal" physique. People have different preferences for the female body. Some guys even like obese women. Sure she is very pretty, but women come in all shapes and sizes. :)
