Imagine that this was a natural body? Would it be considered attractive give a pretty face with it?

She looks like she has implants in the front and in the rear. Looks unnatural to me. Like some sort of blowup doll. I don't think it's ideal by any standard. Maybe for visual entertainment for men. The maintenance for those giant boobs and to keep that booty up would be stressful.

1st one is just too curvy, there's having an ass, and there's having a basketball there! The 2nd one is hot, and ofcourse her cleavage is eye-catching to say the least! But you can (not saying I'd want to) buy surgery to 'improve' aesthetics... You can't buy personality

Ideal? No. I think you're on the right track, but those particular examples are just a bit much. They are certainly preferable to really skinny girls with no hips though.
