Why do I get palpitations whenever I laugh alot?

Whenever I laugh a lot my heart flutters its like I can feel it beating uncomfortably. Once I stop laughing it goes away after about a minute. Does this happen to anyone else?

depends on hiow hard i'll laugh basically.. if i laugh like a maniac... then obviously i might feel hurt
