Why don't I have an appetite?

Okay so I haven't had the best 3 weeks.. First off I was diagnosed with gastritis which causes me to have acid reflux. The symptoms said that I wouldn't have an appetite but, its like my appetite has gone away. I don't want to eat, my gastritis is gone because i take medicine and stuff, and I literally make myself eat even if i don't want to. I can't even eat my favorite foods.. but I don't know whats causing all of this tbh.. people are saying its because me and my boyfriend broke up but no its not bc im okay now we text still and rn we are still friends and making our way back up to being more than friends again.. i honestly dont know whats going on but i really need to know.. please?

It's probably a combination of factors. Sometimes medications suppress appetite. The breakup could be affecting you more than you realize. It should pass in time, but if it doesn't you should speak to your doctor/pharmacist about the medication you're taking.

Maybe it's because of the medicine. Besides that, I don't know. You migjt have to ask a doctor about that.
