What do you think makes the perfect body?

either male or female, what characteristics form the perfect body? I'm making a proyect for school so I wanted to get some information.

perfect body can relate to the physical, or mental aspect of a body. looks wise, I think the perfect body is simply the body everyone is born with. It doesn't matter how skinny or big someone is, the fact that that's how they were made is perfect already. If you look at it from a philosophical point of view, a body is a mind of its own according to some theorists. That means that our bodies naturally react to things without us giving it much thought. From this sense, I think a perfect body is one that reacts positively rather than negatively (meaning our behaviours). In another sense, our bodies are trained to be certain way according to the situation. Troops's bodies stood straight to show respect to the authority and etc. Through this sense, a perfect body is one who choses to be in a healthy environment (both physically, mentally, emotionally).

Well to me the perfect body on a guy in fitness terms is, they must be well proportioned. They should try hard to keep a nice little tight waist, you see big guys and they're waist is huge and to me that takes away a lot of the point. You need to have the "X" that nice v-taper! definitely not societal social media standards that's fosho. if that were the perfect body then that would be fucking retarded, the strict discipline and constraints the body would need to go through everyday to simply maintain. hahaa but I think I got off track, a perfect body is a healthy body, able to sustain itself for long periods of time and function adequately.

I agree with you, I think social media is giving us a wrong idea of a so called "perfect body" thst's only making damage to society.
