Girls, help how to make your boobs upright?

I am a 14 year old and i've noticed that my breast are kinda sagging... i wear sports bra all the time... but i do not understand why they kinda sag plsss help any tips?

1) Oil massage ( left boob anti clockwise & right boob clockwise) olive oil massage can work really well !

2) Wear wired push up bras. Wearing them continuously for a year will give you the perfect boobs !

3) You can google few good boob excersices that will tighten your breast tissue.

4) My sister uses Palmer's cocoa butter formula bust cream with vitamin E and elastin. It really helps to firm and tone skin around bust area.

You should only wear a sports bra during excersise. As it weakens pectoral muscles which can cause sagging. Also bever wear abra to bed.

Also I known friends to have used LUSH lovely nubblies breast cream they say its really good.

Hey^^ Hmmm... It depends on your bra size. But I think it might have something to do with your wearing sports bras. They don't exactly support your boobs' weight, so I suggest wearing real bras every oncce in a while to get used to them. They might feel uncomfortable at first, but you'll get used to them. Also, they hold your boobs in place better, so no more bouncing whenever you jump or run.

i dont believe so. there r views that bras help ur boobd stay perky and there r also views that once ur boobs adapt to the fact that something is keeping them up, theyre more likely to sag because there so dependent on a support against gravity.
