Girls, Any tips on how to get bigger boobs? like from A to at least a B?

I'm 18 and so far I'm not sure about my measurements but I'm either 8C or 10AA somewhere between. Firstly is it possible for boobs to still grow even past the age of 18? I got my first period when I was like 13 years old, one thing that I assume that might have stopped my breast growth was I when I was little I always slept with a tight child bra thing which I'm worried if it stunted the growth lol. Is there any way to make your boobs grow bigger? I'm so confused cause my mum and grandma have average sized boobs yet mine is so small XD

After puberty there's only 3 real options to get bigger boobs: Surgery, gain weight, or get pregnant.

I was a late bloomer too, but at 18 I think growth has pretty much slowed down a lot. Genetics can be weird.

Well they could grow some, I had A cups when I was your age and ended up with B cups. But it's also about liking the size you have. The only way to definitely make them bigger is to gain weight.

That's true, I got almost to a big B cup when I was pregnant, started out trying to nurse, but didn't work out. Now I'm back to my bigger A cup size again, at least when a gal is small to begin with she doesn't end up all saggy!! I'm doing chest, and pecs in the gym, it's helping get the pre-baby firmness back!! As soon as the extra pounds go away, so does the extra boob size too!

Between eighteen and twenty I gained an extra half cup size from an A to a bigger A almost a B cup. I'm happy with my size and my husband loves them too!

it mkes perfect sense to be insecure about a part of your body when you may have other qualities... I have small boobs too but I have other qualities, so?

The main way at your age would be to gain weight. But there's nothing wrong with being an A cup! Many guys prefer/are happy with smaller boobs (if that's why you want them to be bigger). I have A cups myself and my boyfriend loves them :)

Outside of gaining weight and surgery, there's getting pregnant. Forget the breast growth pills, creams, etc. They really don't work.

Lol but I'm not underweight I have a bmi around 19 which is healthy and when I gain weight I gain around the lower part of body :(
