Okay. Guys hitting the three head monster on my shoulders is an argues task in itself, that being said I see the rear deltoids in a lot people neglected, myself included... I would love to shape it out and get a good round shape, what do you fitness gods in GAG suggest.. to round out the rear deltoids and pop out them suckers, so people be like damn!!!
For me, I like doing bent over rows, hang cleans, or if you're into strongman type workouts stone loading is a great all around workout. All of those all get you a really solid back and heavy deadlifts obviously.
