I also eat around 1,600 calories of healthy food. Would that be too much food? Im 5,9.
Is this routine good for losing weight? Along with eating 1600 calories?

I think that's too little of food. I don't really see why an adult person (or takeaway someone over 16) would ever really need to year under 1,800 calories. I mean it takes me basically 1,300 calories to sleep all day and I'm only 5'3 so it definetly takes you more than 1,600 calories to function especially if your so much taller than me.
Fat burning starts around 20 minutes. Before that you use other energy sources. And fat burning is driven by low intensity cardio. So do the heavy intensity in the beginning to exhaust the other energy sources and switch then to low intensity.
You should up your calorie intake to at least 1,800 and work in some strength training. You don't need to go on a body building program, but some weight lifting will help you loose weight quicker and help keep it off.
1 pound of human body weifht (fat) is 3500 calories.
U prob need 1400 just to function. U will lose weight rapidly.
I'd say 1 to 2 pounds per week which is totally safe
