Is this routine good for losing weight? Along with eating 1600 calories?

I go to the gym about 3-4 times a week. If I cycle for 10 minutes, use the rowing machine for 10 minutes, elliptical for ten minutes, cross trainer for ten minutes, and jog for 20 minutes, will that be good enough to lose weight? Total 50 min.

I also eat around 1,600 calories of healthy food. Would that be too much food? Im 5,9.
Is this routine good for losing weight? Along with eating 1600 calories?
