Guys, do your nipples also contract and puff up sometimes?

Okay this is weird but, my nipples contract and then sometimes puff up, I mean I am perfectly fine to add I have dick, "a big one" but is this thing normal to have such nipples.

it might be gynecomastia... this happens often after losin much weight
