I monitor what I put in my body.
Except at certain times of the month when I eat an entire jar of Nutella in one sitting because I'm in pain and I need the gooey hazelnuttyness and my diet can suck it.
I can eat whatever I want - high metabolism, but if you eat crap you feel like crap and you look like crap (yes, you can be thin and fat at the same time) and I don't like looking or feeling like crap.
I lose weight rally easily and then I feel like crap so I eat a lot
High metabolism still working in my favor, and my love of working out at a nice gym. I can sit in a gym I'm comfortable in and kick out two hours, as long as I'm alone usually. So early mornings.
But I can eat whatever I want and nothing happens. But I don't eat a lot of meats.

I eat everyday. I even eat 3 times a day. Sometimes I even eat out and eat from random strangers who bring me stuff to eat. Then I give my dogs something to eat when I'm done eating.
So yeah, I eat all day, everyday 😎
... Food, that is. Especially poptarts.

I eat anything that's in front of me. Eating more, motivates me to exercising more and exercising more makes room in my stomach for eating more.
