I'm overweight but my collarbones and hip bones show?

I don't even know how this is possible. My stomach is still kind of chubby even after I lost weight, but my collarbone, neck, and hips are showing. Also, my legs are very skinny. How does this work? I weigh about 180 pounds.

And I don't have the big rolls of fat on my back, and my arms don't have "bingo wings".
