3 LINES on stomach?

I have 3 lines on my stomach, and was just wondering does anyone know what it could be? And why? I know they are not stretchmark's. So not that. I am on the thinner side by the way.

I don't know, my girlfriend is small and she has a dark line going right down the middle of her stomach from just below her sternum , across her belly button and above her... well, I call it her racing stripe.

I don't reckon yours are to be concerned about.
