How do women get these big lucious hips?

Now, I do understand some girls do get surgery. But I'm sure it's not the case for all. Or is it really that big of a trend? How in the world do women get such nice big hips and slim waists? Squats? Bone structure? Big butt? Kiss from God? Photoshop? Lol (kidding). What do you boys and girls have to say about this? Can us women actually get big lucious hips just from doing hip triggering exersizes?

I have a big butt, thick thighs, and wide hips, but I get it from my latina and caribbean side lol. But there are exercises for bigger butts and thighs! Squats, kunges, etc.
Hips are harder to get tho, I'm not sure if exercise can change the natural shape

It's either genetics, exercising or... PLASTIC SURGERY!
I don't know about Iggy, but her butt and hips are very likely to have been gained through surgery. Or she had the best diet ever and hours of core strenghtening at the gym.

No matter how in shape you are wide hips can not be achieved through fitness or plastic surgery. It's genetic

@iamyourneighbor You achieve the thin waist through exercising and eating healthy. That's how it's gonna take it's "regular" shape and will appear slimmer than your waist. And yes, you can achieve a rounder and firmer butt and thighs through exercising or surgery if you're lazy and impatient.

Leg exercises will only make your legs bigger, but won't change your hips. Hips are a bone structure, and therefore you can't really change them. But believe me, you don't want wide hips.
