Avoid fats, replace them by protein.
They say having eggs for breakfast make you feel more satisfied and they have high amounts of protein. Avoid too much yolk tho.

Eat vegetables and fruits, and you won't need to starve yourself.

Eat dry seeds, they're a healthy snack.
