its never black and white really , iam endo-meso i do gain muscle easily when i try but i gain fat as well but here's the thing if i eat normal and healthy without adding too much food to my daily diet i can easily maintain my weight , basically eat in moderation and its enough for me some people need to do more some dont have to do a thing.

Etco I think. I don't add muscle mass easily and have a 27" waist despite eating terrible food and little exercise.

Mesomorph. I've always been pretty muscular without really trying, especially in my legs.
I lose weight very easily and it stays off regardless of how much I exercise. I gained weight after high school due to poor lifestyle choices. I've been going to the gym, and the fat is coming off quickly even though some days I eat like shit.
