+1 yThis was my result:
ENDOMORPH AND A MESOMORPH.
Endomorph: Your biggest concern should be losing fat and adopting a lifestyle that keeps it off. Strength training should be done to get a better muscle-to-fat ratio, which will help to boost your metabolism. Use moderate weights at a fast training pace, allowing for very little rest between sets and exercises. Lower your calorie intake and eat frequent but small meals to make sure you're still getting adequate nutrition. Eliminate sugar, sweets, and junk food from your diet. Get your heart pumping by engaging in some form of daily activity such as brisk walking or biking.
Mesomorph: You have a naturally fit body but, to maintain or improve it, you should adopt an exercise and diet regimen that compliments your build. You can strength train more often and for longer periods of time, but be careful not to overdo it. Train with moderate to heavy weighs and keep a moderate pace, making sure not to rest too long between sets. You'll find you gain muscle quite easily. Don't fear; you won't get "bulky." When you're happy with your muscle size, simply train to maintain. Stick to a good, healthy diet to stay lean and muscular, and watch for any slow-creeping fat gains. Engage in and enjoy aerobic activities, but be careful not to overdo it./END
I'm actually not surprised, from the descriptions they gave it makes a lot of sense. Im a bigger person, but my ankles and wrists are quite small, and I have a defined waist. Broad shoulders, but long stomach.01 Reply- +1 y

+1 yI'm probably 50% ectomorph 50% mesopmorph. I gain muscle pretty easily when I eat and train right, but I also have long limbs and a short torso.

+1 yTotally ectomorph
I was rail skinny most of my life
I have to work very hard and eat like a horse to gain weight12 Reply- +1 y
usually complete ectomorphs have the most impressive physiques because they dont have any fat worries, so just getting the protein requirements in place does the thing, pretty obvious here too, he has that v shaped body and a small to average frame but filling that just looks too good in comparison to being rugby guy size.

+1 yendomorph; but i knew that before taking the test.
i used to be a fitness instructor, competitive dancer, gymnast... which always confused people, because i'm not rail-thin. it was only during my fitness certification that my trainer said, "tiny upper body, wide hips... we have to train you like you're two different people".
(i also just started taking medication for hypothyroidism, which runs in my family; weight loss is a nightmare, since even my best efforts yield absolutely no results whatsoever. but my doctor says that, with the right dosage, i may be able to start losing weight like a normal person.)
i'm not fat, though i could definitely stand to lose a few pounds.01 Reply- +1 y

MESOMORPH: 38%

I've always had troubles categorizing myself in these three, but I actually think this is fairly accurate for me. It's easy for me to lose and gain weight, and I feel like I do gain muscles pretty quickly even though I haven't really intended to put on more, which is the main reason why I'm very iffy with weights.00 ReplyENDOMORPH: 0%

@ScorpioMoonChick Thanks. I've never read the books, I've just seen the series on Netflix. Too bad they didn't finish it, even if the special effects weren't that great at times.
