My methods don't seem to be working very well for me. Anyone have any good methods they like to use after an incredibly stressful day?
A hot bath, or in peaceful silence, or with your favorite music on
a yummy meal.. with your favorite music on! while movie or chatting or whatever

I have my hobbies that do a great job of destressing me.
I swim. Its incredibly relaxing to be in the water. I like to float to de-tox in the evening. Makes me feel so light.

Or I can come there massage your feet and back
And sing a song for ya?Masturbation, then a hot shower, then watch a movie, then bed.
Eat, Listen to music, hot bath, other way i do is play video games
