Easily.
Possibly.

I think it deoends on who they're asking.
I coukd tell the difference between someone that's two inches shorter than me, versus someone that's four inches shorter than me.
If they were standing next to a person that was 5'5", it may be more difficult for that person to notice a two inch difference, depending on their experience.
I would notice the 2 inch difference standing next to the 6' guy
thanks mho
There is exactly one reason why this might ever possibly matter, ever, to anyone, in the entire world, ever.
If this is not that one situation, you have a sad, sad life and really need to think about why your self-image is as delicate as it is.
Wait, what?
The only time this would ever possibly matter is if yr BMI might cost you money (e. g., higher insurance premium for "overweight"/"obese"), and you can lie yr way into a lower BMI category by exaggerating yr height.
If you think that the difference between 6'0" and 6'2" could ever possibly make any other difference in yr life, you have completely lost whatever grip you once had on reality.
And I say this as someone who stands 6'2" in my bare feets.
No no. This has nothing do with my own height. I'm 5'9. A two inch difference obviously wouldn't matter. But it does give you bragging rights. But even on the BMI the ideal weight difference is just under three kg. No way you can cheat your way out of it. Its just a fun question lady, you can leave your guns home.
"Bragging rights" lol, y'all could just stand back to back.
3kg or not, insurance companies can discriminate. They'll draw a hard line somewhere. And two points on different sides of a hard line are two points on different sides of a hard line.
I'm saying you can't cheat on insurance, borderline obese is only a myth. That 'hard line' can be manipulated and most insurance companies do so generously.
I can never tell much of a difference when they are taller than me unless they are giants... And I don't care about height anyway...

Sure. Why wouldn't he? It's not like extremely tall guys are everything.
I would say so, most people can't tell the difference so yea
6 feet is about average height for me in the U. S. I think most people could tell the difference.
Not around me.
On the other hand I can't tell the difference between 5' and 5'4" without imagining in terms of my kids.
Probably, my steel toe boots add at least 2 inches over my shoes. Why?
Lol I can pass for 6'6 when I put my timberlands on, You can hardly notice unless there is more than 5 inch difference
As a 6ft tall woman, I can tell!! :)
No I can tell, have done several times when guys tried to lie about their height.
Isn't that what heels are for?
If he has those boot heels on yeah
Especially to girls, they're clueless about height
why?
