Started working out over a year ago. I went from scrony to lean and somewhat muscular id say 7-8% boyfriend. But I'm kinda disheartened becUse I've put in work 4-5 days a week and my damn arms won't get bigger. Anyone have any idea of what workout and eating routines I should try? By the way here's a progression pic over a year.. I'm pretty dedicated just can't get bigger arms.
