ALL THE TIME! I go to a chiropractor every so often and when I wait months in between appointments, I will hurt like crazy! But it's not because I haven't been, it's because I just hurt! When o first started going I didn't hurt this bad between visits

Nope if I am sore it's from one of 4 reasons.

1. Bodybuilding.
2. Fighting.(hand to hand sparring intensely)
3. Weapon sparring.
4. I got into an accident.
