Yes, absolutely overweight, obese, or whatever terms they throw at it. I've never been dellusional about my weight. I've only been overweight twice in my life. Once in college from bad college eating, and now, the results of major illness + depression. However, I am working my butt off now, literally, to get back into shape because I sure as hell don't want to have to keep saying I'm overweight!

You can't consider yourself overweight. You either are or aren't.  But nah, last time I checked I was at the lower end of healthy weight for my height.

I could stand to lose a few pounds. I gained some last year before I was diagnosed with Hashimoto's disease. I've lost some already.

Yes, but I used to be about 60lbs overweight and now I'm only about 25lbs overweight, and going down everyday.

I am on a health drive at the moment - I am 5'8.5 and 153 lbs - I am going to go for 145/150 lbs and see how I look then.

I don't think so...5'10 and 162 lbs according to a weight calculator I am 12 lbs overweight for my ideal weight. NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!! hahaha

Not at all, in fact, I tend to be pretty slender. However, I don't consider myself very muscular or toned either except for my legs.

I know that technically my BMI is in the healthy range, but I'm not confident about my body at all. I feel like I could loose a good 20 pounds before I had a thin body.
