Magnesium citrate - you normally take it before say a colonoscopy and I know porn stars double up on a lot of these + enemas.

They pump you out literally in a day, a day of just eternal shitting but once you're through that day, its smooth sails. You're free from the storm.

you can get them clear unflavored, or grape like that - unflavored sucks man it tastes like saltwater, chemically - however flavored ones obv tolerable. generally you either down the bottle, or half - I'd recommend just do half as the recommended dose.

can always add more (but you probably won't since you're on time restraints.)

good luck. Either way, hydrate a ton on water - Eat some yogurt, berries and bananas + avoid the spicy / fast foods. and dont listen to that other user, you'll wanna avoid all dairy.

yeah I know - my point is with MC you can quickly flush yourself out, like a purge to end the diarrhea if that makes sense.

Try Imodium (loperamide) 2mg tab by mouth every 3 hours as needed. It's OTC. Make sure you are replenishing your fluids and electrolytes lost from the continued loose stool.

A heavy dose of diphenoxylate with atropine, but you'll likely need a doctor to prescribe that. It's a controlled substance in the US.

Yes it's true. Its a natural way to stop it. My teacher proved this (he's an actual doctor). You can try Imodium as well! Its better than pepto bismal!
