Well, coffee is a diuretic, so you could try that. It also helps to exercise a lot, or at least a little.

If those fail, you can always do something really scary and/or dangerous. Are you afraid of heights? Take up hang-gliding or parachuting? Afraid of water? Swim with some sharks. You'll be shitting yourself in no time! :)

Get some soluble fibers like bananas to see if that helps. Otherwise, maybe purchase a stool softener like miralax, it’s perfectly harmless and mixes into drinks pretty easily.
