Why does my constipation hurt so much?

I pooped 3 days ago, it was very painful and felt like I was giving birth, it ripped a little and there was a little blood. Next day I get constipation cramps again and went to poop A LOT again.

Today arrives and I needed to Poop again and it was huge and painful

Why am I shitting so much my diet hasn't changed and it feels like there is a massive painful log in there that is never ending coming out of me

Is this normal? they are reay huge long shits

The thing is you are causing small tears to form in the issue around your anus from having a hard bowel movement. Those tears will continue to tear and are slow to heal, especially if you keep ripping the tissue open. Those fissures or tears will develop into an anal abcess. Those abcesses will develop into large pockets of pus and mucus and they tunnel under the skin around the anus. Sometimes the burst and a foul smelling brown colored pus drains from the abcesses. They will NEVER heal on their own and you must have surgery to fix it. You have got to start drinking more water and getting more fiber in your diet. Metamucil has orange flavored gummies that are really good and will help get fiber in your system. Also you should be taking docusate which is a stool softener so that it doesn't hurt to have a bowel movement.

You need more water and fiber intake. That's why your bowel movements are infrequent and the stools are hard.

Goodness... I'd recommend including prunes in your diet as well as some softeners and maybe a laxative... What do You eat? Maybe a change is in order.
