I have a very old constipation?

It's like I didn't poop well for many years , it feels like I have lots of it in my stomach , I dont fart at all maybe rarely in some month once , my stomach is big in size bcz of this while my waist is small. Can u tell me how I can treat it?

In the short term something like Ducolax or a similar mild laxative to nudge your bowels along, and increase the amount of water you're drinking, try high fibre cereals in the morning, and generally increase your fibre intake across the board, wholemeal breads, more vegetables during the day, and check with your doctor as there may be an underlying medical reason for you being constipated.

Drink a lot of water and make sure you’re not getting too much or too little fiber. Also, when I feel bloated, it helps me to swallow air to belch and fart it out. Lay on your stomach and stick your ass up in the air, and you’ll be able to fart easily

No I don't have good diet.. sometimes I only eat noodles in my breakfast and end the day with something random like this. Sometimes I have good diet like banana shake , yoghurt , and some vegetables.

That can be one of the factors. Try eating cabbage, apples, oats, beans, or other green leafy vegetables.

I do see a doctor but never take me seriously. My country doctors are like this. I have done unltrasounds too. They say I have gass give me medicine but it never works. I have tried a lot.
