What helps with constipation. Any food, drinks u have at home or local store (preferably quicker effect) ?

LOTS of water and fiber as well...

Laxatives are gonna be the quickest in resolving this tbh. Otherwise you can try getting some more fibers, I find papayas help a lot. Avoid greasy and oily food, coffee usually helps as well. If not you can try doing some yoga that specifically helps with constipation.

I usually eat fibre for that but if I’m constipated from eating too much fibre I will eat two tablespoons of honey or drink coffee mixed with creme, usually lots of coffee in a short time helps me deal with it.

You can try prune juice. It's very helpful but let me warn you it doesn't taste very good. But if you want to stop this constipation hell then it's worth it. Drinking more water will also naturally help.

Coffee helps, avoid bananas as they will worsen it.
