If you have sores due to hiv/aids or herpes. Can they spread to the rest of your body.

Those two viruses are not even close to being the same thing.
Herpes is USUALLY confined to the infected area, unless the infectious fluid from the blisters is spread. However, it is quite uncommon for the type of herpes virus that causes genital herpes to cause oral herpes, and vice versa.
HIV, on the other hand, is a virus that basically infects and destroys the blood cells that make up your immune system. Therefore, that virus circulates through your body, and is not confined to one area. HIV itself doesn't cause sores, but secondary infections by opportunistic organisms can cause sores, ulcers, blisters, etc.

if you haven't been to a doc you NEED to go now. HIV is treatable but AIDS WILL kill you.

mouth herpes and genital herpes are different. But I heard somewhere if you give someone oral sex, you can give them genital herpes.

HIV hijacks the cells in your immune system, so the virus is everywhere in your body, not just the sores.

I didn't know hiv/aids also gives sores. Source of that knowledge?

Yeah. HIV/AIDS have an effect on the immune system and I don't know much about herpes but I know that the sores can be on your lips or your genitals
