I have a physiological fear of becoming obese. Even though i eat healthy and am really active. If I think about it, my heart rate picks up and I start to borderline panic. Sometimes I'll have nightmares about being extremely fat.
Also flying.

Definitely arachnofobia. I hate spiders
Also a bit of fear (but wouldn't go that far to call it phobia) of heights (as in really high, not like a 4 story building) and spiders.
