Is it normal for guys to cry?

I'm a guy and I have facial hair, I don't really look like 17, I look bigger. . I never cry in front of anyone, tho I think my eyes got wet in front of my mom once.. OK so I have anxiety and I don't know about depression but sometimes I just go wild in my room tearing... whether it's at night or anytime as long as its private, I value my privacy. .. I love being alone at times.. so yes. . I don't act soft outside an were. . but I just do to my self... is this OK? ? I also found a girl on instagram that shares a while bunch of me and she lives near by like an hour.. and we talk about these stuff and I do tell her... I don't know if this is OK to cry..

Yes its normal. If you are having a rough patch in your life and you might feel emotional and i think a lot of guys cry in private. I know i have at times.

I always knew my self as emotional.. but depends on what emotions..

Its normal. Some guys cry more and some less. Its also possible that you're still dealing with hormone fluctuations.

Then maybe your just having trouble handling your emotions. You could always talk to you doctor about trying an antidepressant to help you with your lows.

Crying is a normal human emotion. Just because you are a guy doesn't mean you can't do it. Let it out.
