I am honestly SO desperate to lose weight. I am a girl in her 20's and weigh about 150 but I want to get down to at least 130, if not 120 or 115. But I have seriously tried dieting and exercise for so long; I go to the gym for a substantial amount of time almost every day and I have limited my eating and been eating much healthier, but I have not lost a single pound; I'm just maintaining my same weight. It is so hard for me to even do the dieting and working out I already do, I dont think I could increase this at all. I am willing to try pills or anything else that ACTUALLY WORKS. Has anyone tried any weight-loss supplement or anything like that that has actually showed extreme results? I am so desperate I want to lose weight more than anything in the world.
