My mom wants me to keep my winter clothes on until summer, but it's getting so warm outside. She says it's good for health. Does anyone actually believe this?

Makes sense. Its like the same as getting really hot in the winter, but you shouldn't take off all your clothes. That's how you get a fever.

My mom wants me to keep wearing my winter coat, it's like down filled so it's pretty warm, and of course a sweater. It's fine in the morning but by the afternoon it's pretty darn warm! Should I do it for health reasons? Do you do it too?

Yes, I do it too. I wear a wool sweater and my winter coat but I don't wear my scarf anymore. How warm it's? It's 55 °f 13 °c tomorrow where I live.
I do it because I have a fragile health, I'm always sick.
Just keep your coat with you but don't wear it I think it's the best option
