Why is my stomach having random stabbing pains?

I guess its not my stomach but in my lower intestines area (I don't know the name) I get sharp stabbing pains, when I walk, when I eat, after I drink something, I don't understand why it hurts so much it tends to stick to either my right side, or my left side, its not all throughout that area just one side or the other at a time

You need to to the hospital. Don't make excuses and do it. If it's sharp stabbing pains it would be a number of things. I don't want to scare you but I'll name a few things, it could be ovarian cyst, inflammation of your bladder, or a blockage in your intestines. Please go see your doctor. People here are not going to be able to tell you the cause. Tests need to be run and a assessment need to be done in order to diagnose you. Best of luck.

Thanks... I wanted to see if someone could just tell me because I hate going to the doctor but ill try and go soon

It sounds to me like you have a gastro issue. Go get a physical and if nothing shows up, get referred to a gastro doc. It may just be anxiety but it could be something, depending on how severe the pain is.

Do you eat a lot of junk?

I don't usually eat

I'm on it now but its happened for a while and it doesn't feel like cramps
