Why do I have pain in my left side of stomach help?

It’s not bad pain, just here and there since yesterday I feel belly bloated & have random 1 second pain left side, whats on the left side? Pancreas, what do I need do to stop pain if it’s pancreas? I don’t eat much junk food just a lot sugary drinks like soda Lemonade, shakes.

Really depends on exactly where and could be any number of things.
I have ulcerative colitis. When I get discomfort on my left. Above the hip and slightly toward my back. It’s my UC flaring.

it could also be kidney stones. but that’s usually quite painful.

It could also just be stomach pain.

If it isn’t accompanied by anything else and mild. I’d just assume it’s a digestive system issue. Taking Pepcid AC (famotidine) 20mg. To see if it gets better. If you’re constipated. Take Miralax daily or Benefiber daily.

If this an acute pain. Accompanied by fever, tremors, skin color change or vomiting. Doesn’t get better or gets worse. Go to the ER.

Knock of sugary or acidic food and drinks for a while. Just have water and something simple to digest. Like chicken and rice. Boiled in chicken stock.

I don’t have Severe pain like 4 times I felt it randomly for 1 second then it goes away. Like my belly has discomfort bloating I feel like contsipated on stomach. Can my ensure drinks be casing this?

I drink those shakes daily for few years and began drinking 3 per day but maybe I’ll stop. I drink these to gain weight but maybe I’m lactose intolernant

I don’t eat sugar foods. I drink a lot drinks daily tho like coke lemonade juice a ton of drinks I drink daily to pass down my food.

Juice and soda can be hard on the stomach. Some vegetables can cause a lot of gas and bloating. I don’t the Ensure is an issue. It’s made for people with a lot of digestive issues.

Try laying off the juice and soda. Then try cutting off green vegetables. Eating more soft food (low fiber) such as chicken, tuna, white bread and white rice. Cook all vegetables.

I eat only chicken and tuna. I eat sweet potatoes too

Pancreas releases insulin to deal with blood sugar maybe your pancreas feels overworked? but I never heard of your pancreas hurting so I don't think so. I remember you say you drink a lot of shakes maybe your body is tired of digesting them.

I would just eat more solid food you don't have to completely cut out shakes but mix them up with solid food.

Like I said I don’t eat junk food just a pastry that’s it. I drink a lot of shakes and sugary drinks all day daily that’s it?

@Sugar100 Oh man. That really sucks. You really need to find a solution to that issue. Holding your pee too long can damage your internal organs. That may be the reason why you're feeling the pain that you're feeling currently.

Liver? Whenever I have adominal pain I first go to the bathroom. While on the toilet I rub my belly. After that if I am still in pain I go drink some water and eat something like bread or crackers.
