Hmm that's odd about the stomach pain on your left side. A few things it could be:
- Digestion/gas - Sometimes when you eat certain foods they can cause gas pains on one side or the other as things move through your digestive tract. Maybe try taking an antacid to see if it helps?
- Muscle strain - Could be as simple as you slept funny or reached for something the wrong way and pulled a muscle a bit inside. Those aches tend to come and go. Applying a warm compress may feel good.
- Growth/hormones - If that's your time of the month coming up, sometimes weird pains can pop up as everything down there is changing. Our bodies do weird things sometimes during puberty.
- Referring pain - An injury elsewhere like your back or ribs could be causing a nerve to get pinched and feel it on the opposite side. Try gently massaging the area.
If it's not too bad and doesn't get worse, it's probably nothing serious. But keep an eye on it and try to think of anything you may have done differently the past few days. Def let me know if it gets worse or doesn't go away in a day or two. Feel better!

It's gas with me when that happened, I was dehydrated also.
It could be something with your female organs - like maybe a cyst on one of your ovaries or another part.
Gee's, this could be so many different things from your gastrointestinal tract to something wrong with one of your organs and even female organs.
I remember people going to the emergency room at the local hospital with no insurance and they still saw him. You might have to go that route and they'll send you a bill and just don't pay it. I don't think an emergency room can turn you away.
There is a system to help with just about everything a person needs help with. They know where to refer you too. I'm pretty sure it's in every state, but not positive. Call 211 on your phone and see if they answer. Tell them you are having abdominal pain for a week now and you don't have insurance. Ask them what to do or where to go. They'll help you hopefully. Try it.
This needs to be looked at by a doctor sweetie ok? Seriously.
When that happened to me, I had a parasite which needed to be treated. I have no idea about your situation though since your question is quite vague and I am not a doctor.
