Rest day I sit on my bum. Maybe go for a walk. Eat the same thing on rest days.
6 days. I've decided my "rest day" is going to be strictly cardio.
Sunday was my "rest day" and I felt horrible missing a day. It felt harder to go back to my normal routine today.
I go five days a week and have weekends off.
I eat pretty much the same things all the time and just make sure I eat sensibly.

I am plain 3 days, mon weds and sat.
And i dont have any particular workout menu, i just eat almost eveything but in a healthy way so yeah haha xDI don't do gyms anymore but binary to be active at least 5 days out of the week. I eat normally on rest days. Cheat days are different lol.
