So I have to get a psychical Exam done and I was wondering what does the doctor do or say to you?

My Main Questions are:
Do they have to touch my No-No-Touch, Touch-Sqaure 😬
Do they have to have permission from me to do so ^ 😬
Can they make me take off my clothes? 😭😬

Will they know I've been having my period by looking inside of my NNTTSqaure?
How many questions will they ask me about my period?

Is my mom allowed to be in there with me?


Are they allowed to touch my breasts?

A physical exam typically involves EVERYTHING. They will ask about all your body systems. But they will do nothing that you don't allow. Having mom in the room is usually permitted. Most medical offices have female physicians, physician assistants or nurse practitioners who are fully capable of doing your exam.
I suggest you ask for a female examiner at the time you make your appointment and that you ask if you may have mom in the room. Then go to your appointment feeling relaxed and just let them do their job. As embarrassed as you may feel, your parts are nothing they haven't seen and examined over and over and over again to the point where it is totally routine for them.

Well physical exams generally only check your breasts and vagina if you're going to a gynecologist.

In which case yes, they'd check your breasts for breast cancer (mammography) and they look inside your vagina.

Don't tell a guy you're dating that you call your female parts the "NNTTS", that's weird.

Depends on what it's for.

When I had a physical done at 20, it was a full physical, which included a breast and pelivic exam. I got a female examiner and told her I didn't want a pelvic exam.

The examiner won't do anything you won't let them do.
For periods, they asked if it was regular, how many days apart was my period, and if flow was light, normal, heavy.

For breast exam, they told me what to expect, left the room so i could get ready, then knocked. You may or may not have a breast exam at your physical. Like I said it depends.

Always ask for a female and yes, they'll let you bring your mom if you ask.

PCP means "primary care physician", the doctor you normally see.

Depends on what the exam is about really. Yes, they can touch your breasts, especially if it's a gyno. You're probably gonna be asked whether you have periods and whether they're regular, so be sure to remember when your last period started (the doc won't know whether you have periods by looking at your vagina, unless you're actually ON your period and currently bleeding).

They can't touch you anywhere without your consent, but if they're suspecting a disease in either your breasts or your genitals, it's advised that you let them. It's for your own good. And trust me, it's not as scary as it seems. Good luck with your exam.

cause when I was getting onto the track team I had to go through one but they didn't do shit like what everyone said they would. the guy just asked me some questions and checked normal stuff like eyesight and whatever. that was it.

My mom still comes in with me. They won't touch you intimately and will ask you things like is your period cycle normal and regular. They won't touch you in any places out of the ordinary but they will have to listen to your lungs on your back. It will be a routine palpation of your stomach to feel for any abnormal bumps or masses, height and weight, ears, eyes, and all that good stuff.

ANY sort of physical contact they would need to ask you for permission first. If you refuse and they still touch you, legally you are allowed to sue them.
