Is BBQ sauce made from real BBq's?

This is what it's made from:
120g (4 oz) ketchup.
2 tablespoons dark brown soft sugar.
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce.
1 tablespoon cider vinegar.
1 dash hot sauce, such as Tabasco.
1 clove garlic, minced.
1/4 teaspoon mustard powder.
1/4 teaspoon salt.

yeah. old barbecues, grills, and other sorts of ranges, after too many years of use, are ground up and juiced, and their remains bottled. That's where the smokey flavor comes from.

Well, they thin it out with water and tomato paste. A little has a lot of flavor, and so it can really be stretched out.
